Thiruvananthapuram: Taking the standoff between Environment and Forest Minister K.B.Ganeshkumar and his party to a new low, Kerala Congress B in its resolution passed at a high level meeting convened here Sunday, made it clear that the minister has no connection, whatsoever with the party.

The resolution was presented by the party General Secretary, C. Venugopalan Nair.

Kerala Congress (B) Chairman, R.Balakrishnapillai said that it is unethical on the part of the UDF ministers, including Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, to support K.B.Ganesh Kumar.

It is not possible for a minister to malign his own party without the backing of the chief minister, Balakrishna Pillai added.
