Kochi: The body of a woman, who had gone missing in Friday’s flashfloods triggered by heavy rains at Kadavoor in Ernakulam district, was found on Sunday.

The body of Nalini was recovered by police and fire force personnel by noon, about 25 metres from her house, official sources said.

With the recovery of Nalini’s body, the death toll in the landslip rose to six.

Her husband’s body was recovered earlier.

Another couple and two others, including a man who suffered heart attack on seeing the landslide, were the others who lost their lives.
