Right to Service Bill will come into effect from Nov 1: CM

Thiruvananthapuram: The new Right to Service Bill, 2012, passed by the state government will come into effect from November 1, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has said.
Speaking during the Mukhamukham (Face to Face) programme of Manorama News television channel, Chandy said that the state secretariat has not been exempted from the reach of the law.
He also said that he hopes to bring the Chief Minister’s Office too under the reach of the law.
Thirteen specified government services come under the ambit of the new law.
